I work through the requirements with you, agree on scope and priorities, and review working versions against real tasks. What that review reveals informs the next decisions. Tools and implementation choices follow the requirements of the work.
Delivery includes an agreed handover and support arrangement, with documentation and clear responsibility for maintenance. The aim is software people can use and a system the business can keep running.
